Who I am

I didn’t start this
to become a coach.

I started because I needed to understand my own body. As a dancer, movement was always part of my life — but so was pressure, control, and pushing through things that didn’t feel right.

Most people aren’t struggling because they’re undisciplined. They’re struggling because no one taught them how to work with their body — only how to fight it.
