I didn’t start this to become a coach. I started because I was trying to understand my own body.
I didn’t start this to become a coach. I started because I was trying to understand my own body.
As a dancer, movement was always part of my life — but so was pressure, control, and pushing through things that didn’t feel right. For years I moved because I had to. Because it was expected. Because stopping felt like failing.
Over time, injuries, imbalance, and disconnection forced me to look at things differently. My body wasn’t being difficult. It was communicating. And I had spent years not listening.
That realization changed everything for me.
Today, my work is not just about training. It’s about helping you understand your patterns, your energy, and your relationship with movement — so you can build something that actually lasts. Not a six-week program. Not a transformation challenge. Something real.
I combine structured training with a more intuitive, psychological approach — because real transformation is not just physical. It’s how you feel in your body. It’s how you move. It’s how you show up in your life.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
